Stephanie Wright, Senior Lecturer, was originally employed by Nottingham Law School (NLS) as a full time Employment Law Solicitor to set up and run the Pro Bono Legal Advice Clinic in 2006. Stephanie now works as an academic tutor at NLS and leads some of the Legal Literacy Outreach/ Streetlaw work within the Legal Advice Centre (LAC). Stephanie leads on Law in Practice modules and is involved in developing and enhancing undergraduate clinical legal education modules, enabling students to use their experience in the LAC (and external placements) for academic credit, with a focus on reflective practice. Stephanie co-leads the Applied Legal Knowledge – Civil Practice module and also teaches on undergraduate Employment Law and Public Law modules. Stephanie achieved HEA fellow status in 2009 following the award of a Distinction in her PGCHE.
