Legal Ethics Journal, ‘Reviewing Legal Ethics and Legal Education in England and Wales: An Unenviable Task?’, Griffiths-Baker, Janine.

This text looks at how legal ethics and legal education in England and Wales can be rethought. It explains that first changes must be made to the academic phase of training, with students being exposed to ethical issues from the start of their careers.

If ethics are seen to be an important and integral part of legal practice from the outset, law students entering the profession will have a better appreciation of the skills they need to understand their own professional obligations.
