Sairah is a British Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and worked previously as a corporate lawyer at international law firms in the United Kingdom as well as in house at a global financial institution. Sairah is the previous Department Co-ordinator of the Law Department at Dar Al-Hekma University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is currently a Lecturer in Law and University Legal Advisor.
Sairah completed her undergraduate and postgraduate education in the United Kingdom and completed an equivalent second Bachelors degree in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 2019 she completed a professional doctorate at NLS examining ‘Islamic Law’ in legal practice and legal education in England and Wales. Sairah was supervised by Jane Ching, Pamela Henderson and Graham Ferris.
